 + -1 moreGot out quickly on a Sunday but all downhill for there. Easy problem misdiagnosed, continuous hard sell, and, when we politely but candidly declined more extensive service, the repairman made a threatening comment.

 + -1 moreWe were having problems with the heater in our rent house. Jeremy was prompt and professional. He came out the same day, identified the problem and repaired it quickly. It is working great now! We also had a technician come out to our home to check our a/c system to insure everything was working properly. He did a thorough inspection and spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. I will definitely use Superior Service Company again!

 + -1 moreExcellent. Our AC unit was 20 years old and went out in the July in Texas. Our landlord, currently deployed in Iraq asked us to find bids to replace it. Carl was very responsive and came back quickly with a very competitive bid. Our landlord chose the company and within 2 days they were on site performing the work (in a very hot attic). In short, the company was quick to respond, gave us a number of options and was ready to perform the service on a very short notice. The work was done well, on time, and they even cleaned up when they left. Upon completion of the job, the office staff brought by a care package for our roomate (deployed in Iraq) to thank him for his service to our country. In addition to the members of the household being happy with the service, our landlord (in Iraq) is quite pleased.
Description of Work: Replace Heating and AC system. Repair and Replace ducting. This includes removal of old unit, installation of new unit (both indoor and outdoor) and ducting. Change system from old Freon system to a newer more efficient R44 system. Change out a poorly installed gas vent in the roof.
