Very prompt and fast . Luis checked all told me what we needed . We had a new condenser also an upgraded unit installed . He helped fill in the warranty so we will get our 10 yrs with the manufacturer. They also kept me in mind as we waited for the part ; reminding me and checking in .

Mr. Luis Reyes responded very quickly. After having several others come out he was the only one to check everything and explained in detail what needed to be done. All others wanted to add or replace different things. Static cleaned and serviced everything and after making an adjustment to something in the attic our AC has never cooled better and is even quieter now. Their price was half of what the others had quoted us. Mr. Reyes and the gentlemen that came with him were polite and respectful of my home. Very happy with the company and will be using them again if needed in the future.

went on home advisor and found 3 highly rated companies. Static responded in less than 30 minutes. I spoke with Luis who said he could be here within an hour, mind you this was on Easter Sunday. He showed up and diagnosed the issue stating it was a bad capacitor. He replaced it and gave us an honest opinion regarding our old ac unit. The price for the visit and repair was very reasonable. I highly, 100%, recommend static, heating and air conditioning to anyone who has an ac issue. They are reliable, efficient and honest. They will definitely be in our speed dial. Good service

Luis came out a few days ago to service the AC system and install a new water safety switch on the pan under the unit in the attic. A few days later, we had plumbers come and install a new water heater located next to the AC unit in the attic. The plumbers accidentally knocked the water safety switch off of the pan, shutting down the AC. I discovered that the AC wasn't working late in the afternoon. I called Luis and he came by after hours to diagnose and repair the problem. He did not charge me for an after hours call, and didn't even want to accept payment for a normal service call since he had been there a few days earlier and wanted to stand behind his work. He's a stand-up guy. Highly recommended.
