Sanchez Landscaping SVC

They are fantastic. The price depends on what they do. I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the years for landscaping and I've spent $100 for just weeds. They do a good job.

The work was done well, we have minor discrepancies. The ones we noticed immediately he came back out and fixed. Overall he and his team did good work in a timely and efficient manner. However, I do feel the price was a little high. I am no expert on this area but... $8000 is a lot.

I was completely satisfied with the driveway and patio work. I was not completely satisfied with the landscaping and yard work. It does look like someone did come through and work on the yard, but he didn't do everything we agreed to. I found he was very unprofessional and his crew removed two sawhorses. He didn't put anything in writing, which is something that I expect a business to do. All I want to make this better is for them to return the sawhorses.

The job turned out great. He was very easy to work with. He came and did two estimates. He did one job and we are still to do the other one and I am going to call him for that. He did it pretty quickly. I had some rocks around the mailbox and he wanted to do a bed around there like the front walk way. He was going to plant some pansies in there and they were going to be my Christmas gift. He looks at the whole picture and he just wants to beautify it. I didn't ask for it and he just did it. I was happy with him and I plan to call him again.

I called Sanchez Landscaping in March of 2008. They were quick to come out and give me a plan for correcting my problem and wanted to take on some driveway concrete work I needed done. The original estimate came in about 40% higher than the final agreed upon price. They started the work fast and things seemed OK. I believe the company was owned by two brothers. One brother, who gave me the estimate, would tell me they were going to do something but they other brother was the one supervising/working the job. He either didn't know about it or just was unwilling to do what was promised. I had several discussions with them as to what they were going to do and when. It always seemed we would reach an agreement together but then we would go back to not getting things done. Several times completed work had to be torn apart and redone because of the lack of supervision and general understanding of the requirements. It became very frustrating. Almost all of the work was completed but many things were of very poor quality. The project ended when they came out to finish a drain line and didn't bring the correct pieces. They dug a small hole and said they would return to finish the next day. I never heard from them again. I called and left several messages then finally gave up. I will say that I do not have the water problem any longer. Sanchez design was good just the quality of the work was inferior. It has been a year since the project and the landscaping wall motar joints they constructed are crumbling, I have had to have some of the french drains dug up and replaced because at the time of install Sanchez drove heavy equipment over them and crushed them stopping the water flow.
