+ -1 moreThe plumbers discovered that we needed parts for our shower faucets and looked for them locally. Local parts stores had many of these on backorder. I ordered the parts from the internet and called the plumbers to come back and install them. They needed a few more pieces, obtained those locally, and then quickly and efficiently fixed all three bathroom faucets. They were prompt and courteous and the showers are working fine now. I haven't received a bill yet.
Description of Work: Our three bathroom showers were all having the problem of the water pressure being tied to the temperature. That is, if you wanted a full head of pressure, you had to use the hottest water. This was too hot for our comfort. The plumbers diagnosed the problem as being in the stem assemblies of the tub and shower faucets and told me the exact maker. Many local builders used these Kingston Brass faucets with similar problems.
