+ -1 moreOverall, Jenkins Flooring performed far beyond expectations especially after the runaround I experienced with JC Industries Construction.
Description of Work: Jenkins Flooring installed about 600 sq ft of hardwood flooring in my home. My original contractor (JC Industries Construction) was overbooked and hired Mr. Jenkins as a sub-contractor. Mr. Jenkins' work was excellent, very fast, professional, clean, and very polite. Best of all, the price was half that of the original quote by JC Industries Construction. I would avoid JC Industries Construction because they tried to collect the original quoted amount after I paid Mr. Jenkins. Note: To save money on installing new flooring, do as much preparation work yourself, like removing the old flooring. I also saved money by purchasing all the materials myself. My contractor JC Industries Construction) said he could get materials more cheaply. However, a direct cost comparison of materials showed that I was able to save from 25-50% on items.
