Description of Work: Took care of job in a very professional manner and cost ended up being slightly less than phone estimate. $55 for the "Residential Service Trip" seems a bit much, but I guess they have to make their money too. | |Would definitely use again.

 + -1 moreThe technician Seth was wonderful. He arrived on time. He was professional and detailed. Not only was the house re-keyed, he also fixed some trouble spots where the door/lock transition was rough. Tip: he said call in the early morning as afternoons get busy.

 + -1 moreThe product is fine, customer service is fine, the price point is pretty high but I guess you get what you pay for. There is no other competition in town that is exclusively a locksmith company.
