Entec Pest Management Inc

The general manager in Brenham, Marcus, is very RUDE. They say their services are "guaranteed" but we continued to see roaches within the 75 day time frame between sprays (side note; we are very clean people and we saw about ten very alive and well roaches in the 3 month time period between sprays). When I called to talk to a supervisor about what their "guarantee" means I was met with Marcus being uninformative, defensive and telling me that I was bound to see a few bugs. I would not do business with this company again and I would suggest to others to take their business to any other pest management company in Brenham before going to ENTEC.

He called and asked if he could come early......How often does that happen! Loved that. Spent a reasonable amount of time explaining services, cost and answered all my questions about continued service through the year and suggestions for prevention other than his services. Very well versed in his business and service as well as being very personable. I was actually referred to him by my neighbors on Link street and my old neighbors on Fairway Drive as well.

We always have the same technician and he is friendly and does a very good job. For example, if it is too wet for the outside spray to be effective, he will return on a day that is more suitable.

They always arrive on time and they haven't changed my price in at least ten years. They are very friendly and they always alert me to things when they are coming. They are a family owned company which is nice too. They are extremely helpful and have no problem assisting me on my own. I always allow them to be in my home when I am not there and they are very trustworthy.

I began using Entec when I purchased a home in College Station because my father used their services for years. Shortly after Dad passed away, the owner of the company came to my home during an appointment to express his sympathy and to share with me the admiration and respect he'd held for my father. I always had excellent communication and service with this company. At one point I had a major infestation of gound wasps and my technician, Richard, did a magnificent job of ridding the yard of these aggressive insects in a single treatment for a very reasonable additional price. I strongly recommend Entec!!

The woman who answered the phone was rude and knowledgeable about the products I requested, simply stating, "That'll be expensive" and telling me someone will call me back. A few hours later, a man called me back with pricing, the prices were high, he wasn't the most knowledgeable about the product, and he kept trying to tell me to do something else (use Frontline on my pets). I do not want something to go on my dogs that they could potentially lick off each other, I wanted something to kill mosquitoes and prevent fleas from even being a problem in our yard. If our pets are treated against fleas, they'll just come after us humans. I wanted to prevent all that. The man on the phone did not understand and didn't care.
