+ -1 moreDave was on time, and assessed the problem quickly. He returned at the scheduled date and time to bring the repair parts that were needed. David showed us the pros and cons of a monitoring contract and the improvement in technology since the original system was installed. For now, we'll keep the old system. But, his professional and low pressure approach left us without a doubt that when the time comes to replace the system, Dave will do the work. Great experience with this contractor.
Description of Work: Dave repaired an existing (older) alarm system. We were experiencing a mystery problem with the system, and it would have been expensive to replace the whole system (unless we signed up for a monitoring contract, which we don't want).
