Description of Work: I do have a large yard, so while the price may seem high, I feel it's in keeping with the size of my yard. | |Once the yard was cut, it did look good. Attention was paid to both cutting and trimming. | |The only problem I had was with punctuality. I used Mr. Cortez's services several times, and if I was told the yard would be cut on a certain date, it was often not cut until two or three days later. This is not usually an issue, however it did become an issue when I requested lawn care before an outdoor party. The lawn was not cut before the party as I was assured it would be. The reason given was that equipment was in the shop. This is understandable, but that information should have been conveyed early enough so that I could have made other arrangements.

Description of Work: Mow, Edge and Weedeat. I have been using them for many years. When you want your lawn done, you call and they come out with a few days. The 30.00 cost is the senior discount.
