It was awesome. He was a little high.

He was polite and punctual. He suggested removing most of the plantings and replacing it with bull rock and a few new plants. When I told him that I felt that would not suit the home, he assured me it was the way to go. When I insisted that I did not like that idea at all, he again told me that it was the best idea. Perhaps Mr. Rhodes was right, but I'm thinking that my craftsman style home tucked into a wooded area and a xeriscaping, primarily rock garden are not a good match. Mr. Rhodes sent me a bid for the design of his preference. I did not go with his bid. I wish Mr. Rhodes well, but I also wish he had listened to his customer.

We were so happy with Colton's work and professionalism. Everything was cleaned up and was done promptly. I will definitely use him again and have recommended him to several people.

Great communications and excellent estimations. They removed the door to the fence and did all of the work very punctual and really no issues. Quick and very professional.

Colton came by and gave me an estimated on what I wanted done. He and his crew came out the next day and went to work! They did the job and cleaned up afterwards. They were very fast and efficient. I asked him to come back as I found a few more buried bricks later in the month; he returned and removed them jus as quickly. He and his crew are professional with a capital "P" and know what they are doing!

I had accepted Colton's bid about 10 days before he did the job. His demeanor was friendly and professional, and his bid was 1/2 of a previous bid I had received. We agreed that his completion date would be within a month and dependant upon other jobs he had going and the weather. Colton and a helper arrived unexpected after 5 pm on 3/23/2015 and asked if they could begin the project. It was labor intensive, digging up and wheeling dirt out and then wheeling in granite with a wheelbarrow over a path of loose gravel. With the aid of exterior house flood lights, they both worked until after 9 pm to complete the hauling in and spreading of the granite before the helper went home. Colton continued leveling the granite and then sprayed it with water to help it compact, and instructed me to do the same at least two more times over the next two days. But before leaving, Colton wanted everything to look clean and professional. He took the time to power wash all the sidewalks running to the project. Great patience and composure were displayed when his power washer broke. And after a 20+ minute onsite repair, he finished washing the walk way and left. It was 10:30 p.m. The next afternoon, Colton and a different helper arrived to finish the project by placing and anchoring the edging around the parimeter. My involvement was sought to position it exactly where I wanted it in relation to adjacent structures and flower beds. When the job was completed, he said it was important to him that I be happy with the finished product and he asked me, "Are you happy?" My answer was "yes." I am very pleased with the end result. My husband and I have enclosed the area with fencing and the dogs are using it. I am VERY pleased with the functionality and appearance of the "doggie pee patch." . AND I highly recommend Colton Rhodes Landscaping.

I'm a property investor/flipper and had Colton do some work at one of my flip property's. He did such a great job had him do this at my personal residence and did the same excellent job i was looking for. if you need any kind of landscaping done I highly recommend Colton and his crew. He does anything from drainage, rock gardens, driveways, parking, walk paths, fire pits, even going to get him to build me a volleyball court this spring.

He had the best bid in town and I figured it would take at least a week, he was done in a day and did it perfectly and exactly how I asked and looks great, I feel completely comfortable putting this house on the market now. Will be using him and only him for now on with all my flip investments, he works with his crew himself, is honest, hard working, and periodically checks up on his work to make sure all looks good still and will fix it if not.
