 + -1 moreRyan the owner came out to my pool after my pool had turned green and was having issues with equipment running properly. He walked me through adding the chemicals and by the next morning the pool was crystal clear. He also explained the current state of my equipment and discussed cleaning options.
Description of Work: Purchased a new home with a pool and had the pool inspected as well as the equipment.

Description of Work: First, they are not heavily into hot tubs. They have a technician who is very capable but not highly trained in hot tubs. They are no longer servicing hot tubs and are selling the business.I do not know if the new owners will service hot tubs. Their prices were MUCH better that Brazos Valley Pools!

Description of Work: I called Brannon for help getting on top of green pool water after so much rain. Had called another pool cleaning service for service while I was out of town and they were a no show....thus, the green water. Brannon came over immediately. I explained what I had done, & he told me step by step what to do next. He delivered chemicals to my doorstep and did not charge me for the "house call". He called me the next day to check and see how things were going, and offered to come back if needed. I will definitely use his services in the future and continue to buy his quality products.

 + -1 moreI used Clear Water Pool for several years in the past. Then another company installed some new pool equipment, and then they offered me "a good deal" for maintenance. I had nothing against Clear Water Pool prior to the new equipment installation. But in a hasty decision, I started using the new company to service my pool. HUGE MISTAKE. That other company turned out to be dishonest and very expensive. I returned to Clear Water Pool last year, and I have been very happy since then. I will not change! I highly recommend them.
