She was instrumental in getting our house ready for sale, helping with everything from selecting new flooring to arranging for the house cleaners and yard work. She was always available and attentive to our needs. When we found our new house, she negotiated a month-to-month lease with the sellers. This allowed us to move early and to prepare our house for sale. Our house sold in record time, and we had one of the easiest closing that I have ever experienced.
