Description of Work: Fixed the faulty air conditioner - replaced a part - and serviced both units for summer. C&S always give you a time range for the visit and it is met. Ronnie has been the tech for the last 3 visits and he is the best--very courteous and knowledgeable. He always shows you exactly what was wrong and explains what he will do, as well as offering tips and ideas, and he laughs when my dog interrupts him.

+ -1 moreI have been using this company for over 30 years. Locally owned. Quality people, equipment, and workmanship the whole time. Plus, they listen to what you are saying. I also love the fact that these men have absolutely no problem dealing with a woman who asks a lot of questions, and they patiently provide the answers! Rusty came out one Christmas Eve, crawled around in the miserable cold under the house, and finally detected a carbon monoxide leak in the furnace. I don't shop for prices on HVAC any more, I just call C&S.
Description of Work: Most recently, we installed a completely new HVAC system in our home. The old system was completely removed (from the attic) with nothing at all being damaged. The new system is working great.
