Came out to do foundation inspection on a house I’m buying. The inspection/quote that we received a few days later is unusable. There is no proof, documentation, pictures or diagrams provided. All I received was a basic invoice with minimal details for $10k. While this may be okay for some, I needed this to take back to the seller of the home for renegotiation. So for $250 i didn’t get what I needed and actually have to have another company come out. After questioning this, apparently pictures are only taken by request. I’m not sure where that was listed on the website or if it’s common practice to have to request pictures and diagrams for proof, but if you go with these guys make sure you do.

After reading some of these reviews, you wonder are they all true or are they padded by friends and family, well let me tell you they are 100% true! After over a decade of dealing with a house that was settling and basically sinking, I reached out for bids. The professionalism and knowledge, and customer service sold me! They are honest and affordable and communicated the entire process with me so that I knew what to expect. I will 100% refer them to anyone I know that is looking for similar service; let me also add that they crew were also very professional and cleaned up before they left ensuring everything was back in place. I am an extremely happy customer :)
