I entered Solar Screens into a google search and Brazos Valley Solar Screens was the first company at the top of the list. I placed a phone call to the number provided and left a message. I received a return call about 30 minutes later and Mr. Guy Moses left a polite message on my voicemail. I then immediately returned his call and set up a time for him to come to my residence and provide me with an estimate. Very responsive to my initial phone call and arrived at my residence within 4 hours of me contacting him. Mr Moses walked up to me as I was cutting the yard and stuck his out to introduce himself with a smile on his face. I noticed a firefighter sticker on the back window of Mr. Moses truck and asked him if he was a firefighter and he stated that he was a Bryan firefighter. Mr Moses proceed to ask me what color of frames and the amount of protection I wanted for my windows. He had examples to provide me with and advised me on the popular colors of frames and the percentage of UV protection the screens provide. Mr Moses then walked around my residence and started measuring my windows. He told me that he had a lunch appointment and would work up an estimate and then call me back. About two hours later he called me back with a reasonable estimate and I told him to order the solar screens. He told me that he orders his screens from the manufacturer on tuesdays and they deliver to him on fridays. Mr Moses stated that he would be working at the fire station on friday when they arrived, but he would return to my residence on saturday to install them. Sure enough he arrived with the solar screens and installed them for me. He demo how to install the screens and how to remove them. He also, added that I may need to periodically clean the screens with low pressure water.
