Description of Work: We had an A/C outage and called this company because their 2-page ad in the phone book says they respond 24/7 and holidays throughout the Brazos Valley, including Bryan and College Station. The guy who answered the phone for them on Saturday at 2 pm, as our home temperature rose to 90 degrees, said they didn't serve College Station. When I quoted the ad to him, he put me on hold and then came back and said, they don't service College Station on the weekend. In other words, they engage in false advertising. I feel that other customer should know this. Needless to say, it p me off.

 + -1 moreI had to get a new air conditioner and I tried couple of other companies. They came out and wanted to put in a new heater and air conditioning. Moore came out here, looked at the heater, and said the heater is old, but it's still working. He said that he can put in just a new air conditioning where the other two companies said we either put in a new air conditioning and a heating unit or we are not going to do it, so Moore put in a new air conditioning for us. He ended up saving me about $1500 from not having to put in a new heating and six years later, the heater is still working. They are very prompt, their service calls are less expensive, and they always try to do things economically. They don't give you something that you may not need. They would just fix what absolutely has to be fixed.
Description of Work: Moore's Air Conditioning SVC put in a new air conditioning unit.
