Awful, these people are crooks. I had a joint membership with them that my husband and I cancelled many years ago after completing the terms. I was unhappy, they were rude, the gym was dirty and not maintained, the showers were dirty and we were told we could use other gyms when we traveled through a gym organization that did not exist. When we tried to speak to them they were very very rude. so after the term we cancelled. 3 years later my husband joins as a single membership to play handball with a buddy. He then has to move to another town for work and calls them to see if he can pay to cancel as they say you can do. They request a letter, which we hand deliver, but they continue to charge the normal fee plus extra fees saying they left us a voice mail saying the letter was lost. Now they have reported on my husbands credit - OK but they have also reported it on my credit saying that I am responsible for his single membership because he listed me as his next of kin. REALLY!!! BEWARE they are not honest

It's locally owned, it's about 6 sites here in College Station. I go all the time, 2-3 days a week. On a A to F scale I would give it a C-. I would not recommend it to my friends or family. The only thing it has tennis courts outside and that's why I go there. I make the experience positive. I am rating this based on my experience of other places I have been to. The communication is pretty good. It is debatable if I will use them in the future, I will use them until my membership is up.

I like their hours, they open a lot, they have machines, trainers, and everything is clean and organized. I would continue to use them.

I've had a good experience with them. I was a member in the past and just re-signed up. They have some really good fitness class offerings. They offer a lot.
