Ace Fence

If you want your fence to be repaired or replaced in a timely manner and done right the first time, without any damage to your yard, landscaping, or wiring, then DO NOT use Ace Fence. This company uses random contractors, so there doesn't seem to be any real oversight or responsibility associated with their work. The first time they came out to replace my fence, only two guys came out to dig the post holes and apparently they dug the post holes only one foot deep. The second day, only one guy came out to put up the boards. Lots of walking back and forth totally tore up my grass so that it died in certain places, which caused weeds and other grasses to come in and pretty much ruin my yard. They had to come out within the next couple weeks to fix the gate, which was put on crooked. Within a few months, the fence was already leaning on one side so I called the owner back out to look at it. He said he'd get another guy to come out and look at it which didn't happen for months. In the meantime, I had to get my sprinklers repaired because the original guys had cut through the wires when digging post holes. After that side was fixed, a few months later the entire back line of my fence was also sagging. Again, the owner came back out to look at it and said he'd have another guy come fix it. They waited so many months (with me constantly contacting the owner to try to find out when they'd be coming) that by the time they came, it was cold and my yard was wet and they made a complete mess out of my yard again (more dead grass, more messed up landscaping that I had to fix). I went to turn on my sprinklers a couple weeks ago, and again, not working. Just had to pay to get the wires fixed because the fencing guys had dug a post hole through the sprinkler wires AGAIN! This fencing company was a nightmare and I suggest you avoid it if you want to keep your sanity.

I called them and got no answer so I left my information on their website expecting them to call me about replacing part of an old wooden fence, but they never called back. A few days later I had my husband call Ace again. He called twice and left a message. It's now been several weeks and still not even a phone call. Even if they were too busy to do our fence they should have taken 30 seconds to call and tell us that.

Jason came out to give us a quote on some fencing. He texted me the quote that he had given my husband. I called him about a week later to see when he would be able to complete the job. I left a message on his voice mail. I received no calls, so I replied back to his text message. I asked him when he could schedule to complete the fence. He quoted about 2-3 weeks out with no rain. I asked if he could go ahead and schedule and he said sure. The next week I received this text: "So the back double gate, the front gate on the left where there is no fence, and that's it, correct?" I replied yes, that is it. He said, "$702 was that total, starting your folder now and will have you finished within two weeks, thanks." A week later I called him and he didn't answer his phone. So I texted him yet again. On a Wednesday I asked if he had a date set for the install, on Friday I got a reply back saying next week. I tried calling him three times, once on Saturday, and then twice on Monday of the next week to see what day he will be coming out. He never answered any of my calls. I finally texted him saying that I am cancelling the job and that I will no longer need his services. He just replied back saying, OK. Not even a phone call back saying, is there anything that we can do for you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
