Great service.

When I called the company asking for advice and an estimate, the person I spoke with went out of his way to walk me through what I needed to look for and and gave me his best estimate as to how long the job should take. It turned out that I had given him some wrong information so they ended up having to change the pipes in the walls on one of the tub/showers. The plumbers who came to the house were friendly and professional and they completed the jobs within the time frames I had been given. When the plumber had to go get a part he did so on his own time. There were some problems getting a plumber out to the house but I was always called and kept up to date on what was happening...it was during one of the freezes we had and the plumbers had a lot of emergency calls. From first to last I had a great experience with this company and would not hesitate to call them again.

They were prompt, cheerful and courteous I had only been in this house one month and the garbage disposal backed up all over the kitchen floor. I checked Angie's list called and they came out the same day. I was very pleased and will use them again.

I discovered a leak one morning in my ceiling several days after my hot water line had froze due to unusually cold temperatures. I called A G Plumbing as they had worked previously on my bathroom plumbing about a year and a half ago under a subcontractor and I appreciated the quality of their work and the consideration of the plumber on the job. I also called them about a year ago when out of town and my kitchen was flooded due to a broken dishwasher. The lady who took my call expressed that they were unusually busy (perhaps due to other recently frozen and broken pipes in town?) and I agreed that the following day would be better for my work schedule to have them come out. However, 4 people currently live in my small house and share a bathroom and now the water was turned off because of the leak. I told her I could work around my schedule if she found she could get someone to my house later in the day and to just give me a call. They did find time for me that afternoon. The house (and the plumbing) is over 50yrs old and fixing a leak replacing a couple of outside spigots while the plumber was here turned into more of a job than expected. The plumber was very courteous and patient. He asked if pex line was ok before using it and he did not charge me for the time he spent running to get additional line when he discovered he needed more than he expected and had with him. Replacing the outside spigots was more difficult than expected due to, again, 50yr old galvanized pipes and a lack of anchoring for the interior plumbing. The plumber was mindful to not damage my house and stuck around well after 5 to make sure the job was finished. I will use this company again, if needed. All their employees I have had experience with are nice, prompt, and at the end of the day I feel I have paid a reasonable price for a job well done.

Excellent. Was able to schedule appointment for next day although I called late afternoon. They showed up when scheduled and did a great job!!!

Great. I had a pipe freeze during the night but didn't discover it until late in the day when the ice plug thawed enough to start spraying water.They were able to get out here early the next morning. Did the job quickly and at a very reasonable price. I've used these guys twice recently and have been very pleased. I'll use them again!!!!

Our kids would not use their shower due to odor when shower was run. Could not detect odor source on my own, AG Plumbing spent over an hour pinning down the source of the odor. They finally determined the source was actually the hot water heater. The heater had built up sediment and perhaps bacteria growth, due to in activity over the course of several years.

He called to let me know he was on his way. they plumber knew his business and had lots of knowledge. He performed professionally, and was somewhat chatty, but not over the top.

I was pleased with the price. They were fast. From the time I called from the time the job was completed was 4 days. They were good.

We have used this company before and have been happy with the service each time. The guys that come out are very nice and honest. They do not overcharge and always come out right away.
