Description of Work: They were suppose to fix the washing machine door. They used the wrong type screw to put it back together and bent the door. It permanently leaks now.

Description of Work: My dryer quit heating & I turned to You Tube thinking I could fix it. After watching a few videos I decided I might do more harm than good so I went to Angie's List & found Tedford Appliance. They were very prompt in the scheduling and arrival. The technician was very knowledgeable about this particular dryer and gave us some good tips in taking care of the appliance. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I called before 8am this morning for a service person to come and repair my Amana clothes dryer which would not heat up. I was told I was #12 of calls already this morning and that it might be tomorrow before they could get out to my home. I was pleased when they arrived this afternoon to inspect my dryer. Serviceman was able to install the secondary valve part that was needed in a short period of time and my dryer is now operational. This is very typical of the service I have received from Tedford's Appliance in Brownwood in the past. They are always my first call when an appliance needs repair.
