Description of Work: We had to have Roberts and Petty out three different times in one week for three different problems. I know, when it rains it pours right? They were very professional and went right to work fixing our problems. Will definitely call them again-- although I hope not anytime too soon.

Description of Work: They replaced the AC system and they were so helpful and wonderful for rescuing us in a time of need!

Description of Work: Roberts and Petty was contracted to replace the sewer system at my roommate's home soon after I moved in. The $2,500 verbal quote became a $6,500 final bill. The back yard sprinkler system and the yard itself were destroyed when 3 young men (2 of whom were in training) dug up the back yard with bulldozers. It took over a month to complete a job that should have been completed in 2 weeks or less. Our sewer system was on-the-job training, but there was no supervisor on site. My roommate and I were told by a supervisor in the last days of the job that the workers assigned to the job were in training. The young men were making cell phone calls to find out what to do next. Finally, in an attempt to repair the sprinkler system in the back yard (another verbal agreement made that the sprinkler system would be repaired), one of the workers rearranged the water system at the main valve and disabled the front yard sprinkler system. The final blow was 2 weeks later when I drove up to the house to find water shooting into the air at the main valve (and we are in a severe water shortage situation). I called another plumber recommended by a friend, who repaired the break and showed me the poor workmanship and shoddy materials used by Roberts and Petty. Needless to say, I would tell anyone BEWARE if they are considering contracting with the plumbing division of Roberts and Petty. I can supply pictures of the damage to the yard if needed.
