 + -1 moreHave been working for over a month to get it fixed - had to order a new modem and pay shipping for a leased modem, still doesn't work. Technicians don't come when they are suppose to, which means another call to a upfront computer system that doesn't work. So frustrating to deal with them. Customer support will not let you talk to a supervisor!
Description of Work: Internet service will not stay up and running.

Description of Work: The picture quality wasn't that bad but the Chanel's provided for the cost was bad and we waited for a dvr for almost a year before we finally found one on our own.

 + 1 moreWe've had them for 4 or 5 years. The only problem I ever has is with my phone. Their phone service is not very good. Their TV and their internet is excellent but my phone goes off periodically, every few months if the weather is bad. They either reset the computer or sometimes they've had to come out and check the line but they never charge me for it. They are the only game in town.
Description of Work: I use Harris BROADBAND for all three, they're my TV, they're my telephone, they're my internet.

Description of Work: I have paid for internet services for 6 years that do not work. Paid for a dvr recorder for 8 months and a remote that is broken. Have called and dne what was asked of me and now no service in the living room. So I jump through hoops and still does not work. I asked again for the 100th time for a recoeder that works that I am paying for they again dont have any but I am paying for it. I am so p***** she might get the repair man out today. Might
