Description of Work: They came the same day I called. Showed up when they said they would. Replaced the thermostat and evaluated the A/C unit. Provided an itemized estimate for work that needed to be done...since it hadn't been given regular maintenance service for a number of years it needed to be done. Came back the next day to clean the coil, the condenser and to replace the fan motor. They kept to the estimate they provided.

+ -1 moreVictor called me to tell me that the unit looked clean, that it needed freon, and that the capacitor was rusty. Once the capacitor and the freon were replaced, Victor tried to turn the thermostat on. However, he discovered that the acid from the batteries had damaged my thermostat. Therefore, he had to put in a new thermostat.
Description of Work: I called on Friday, 7/10/15 and spoke with Rick about getting my central air conditioning unit serviced for maintenance. I asked him to call my neighbor for access. Since my neighbor had not heard from him, I called again and spoke to Rick again on Monday, 7/13/15. Rick sent Victor the next day.

+ -1 moreThey respond quickly once we call them. It usually doesn’t take more than 24 hours for them to get out there. In an emergency, the owner Rick is very willing to come out and check out what the problem and get it fixed quickly. We like their service overall. They are not the cheapest in town, but they are not the most expensive.
Description of Work: We use TAC Consultations & Installations Inc. for heating and air conditioning. The last time we used them, they did routine cleaning of our air conditioner. We have our air conditioning coiled and everything cleaned once a year because our kids have allergies. We use them every six months for routine cleaning.
