Was and extremely kind individual. He took all my information, notes, measurements, etc told me I'd hear from him in a week and I never heard from him. I understand if it wasn't work he was interested i. Or capable of but I would have expected the professional courtesy of telling me he wasn't going to bid on the job. No way I was going to pursue him. What if he'd started the job then walked away?
Description of Work: Quote multiple small projects from fence repair to rehanging French doors.

Beyond my hopes and expectations. My disability precludes me from bending and lifting items. Joe Barber came and listened to what I needed and then went to work. I now have an old kitchen counter which has been rebuilt to provide me with easy accessibility, and I am now able to utilize areas that were previously unusable. He and his assistant, Ramiro, were unfailingly polite and professional. The area was completely cleaned up after they had finished each day. The job took about two days.

We have used Joe Barber's Quality Repair Services (QRS) for seven (7) years, and have never been disappointed. He has taken care of the following problems: a/c, plumbing, electrical, mailbox installation, water heater, faucets, range hood, new front door installation, new window installation .... and the list goes on. He always elects to repair rather than immediately suggesting we replace, thereby saving us money. We call him "MacGyver"!! Our neighbors hired him to build an addition to their home and remodel their kitchen; they have expressed their pleasure of his work. Mr Barber is always cheerful and upbeat. He takes care of his "regular" clients, so he may ask you to wait a day or so. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
Description of Work: On the visit (date above) a new sewer line was installed. This entailed digging out the old unrepairable pipe and installing the new. All done in the most convenient manner, making sure we were not without toilet facilities etc. for a long period of time.
