Since 1974, the professionals at My Repair Center have listened to the needs of our friends and neighbors in the Rio Grande Valley area, and have worked hard to help. Originally a television repair company, our loyal customers asked us to expand our business to satisfy more of their home or business repair needs. Forty years later, our little tv repair shop has grown into a residential and commercial appliance, electronics, and air conditioning center. Through we may have grown in size, we’re dedicated to the simple goals our family owned and operated business was founded on: High quality service performed with honesty and integrity.

The new refrigerator is making a noise and they have came out to check on that but it is still making noise. He took it apart and tightened a screw and said that was all he could do.

I was ripped off and charged for unauthorized repairs.
Description of Work: I left a small portable audio player to get an ESTIMATE to be repaired. I left crystal clear written instructions that NO REPAIRS were to be performed until I had approved the estimate. They did NOT CALL AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. They just fixed it, and over charged me. I would have been better off throwing this unit away and buying a new one.

We called them and within one day they were here and fixed the problem. Besides being prompt they are very efficient. The repairman was very helpful with tips to avoid recurrence of the problem. We are very pleased with their service.
Description of Work: We have a yearly protection contract for $ 80.43. American TV & Appliance are the ones who do the repair. They came to repair our Maytag Nepture Washing Machine. The pump had stopped draining the water in all cycles of the washer. The water was staying in the washer While going through all the wash cycles.
