+ -1 moreA friend gave me Jim's name and number. He made the call within 2 hours. After looking at the problem, he diagnosed a faulty relay and replaced it (he had one with him). Within a couple of hours my refrigerator was nice and cold again. The price was modest and the response fantastic!
