Israel Tapia - Handyman

Edit as you see fit Israel Tapia I was in a bind and needed immediate assistance. From experience, it's so hard to trust someone to commit to quality work without consequences. Mr. Tapia communicated with me, explained the process clearly, and seemed to genuinely understand my situation. He provided his contact information and encouraged me to notify him if I had any concerns. I'm definitely going to utilize his services in the near future. Israel made sure we were happy with each of the projects he did for us. He cleaned up what little mess there was. We did not have all necessary screws / bolts but he had them on his truck. Definitely will call Israel again for future projects. He was very good with contacting us. He arrived on time and scheduled time to complete last of the projects.

Mr. Tapia was wonderful to work with. I called him and he immediately came out to my house and gave me an estimate. He then proceeded to collect all my old appliances and other items that need to be hauled away. He was prompt, professional, and gave me a very reasonable price.

We had got off to a rocky start with Israel due to an accident he had. He came after recovering and has done very good work since. He has referred other workers to us who have also done very good work. Israel has a lot of very useful contacts if you are making renovations to your home. He is friendly and accommodating, and always encourages feedback on his work. Israel is an all around good guy!

Israel is a very nice guy, unfortunately, we have not had a great experience with him. I guess he was trying to save us some money, and encouraged us to do some of the jobs we had for him ourselves. The other jobs we had for him, he sent other people to take care of, but then had to come back himself to put them right as the people he had sent did not complete the jobs in a satisfactory way. One person he recommended for electrical work made an appointment to come and look at the job we needed and then never turned up and never responded when we asked if he was coming. Israel had an accident, so we tried to be accommodating while he recovered. However, I was not very impressed and the reviews I read about him were way off the mark of what we experienced. We will be looking for another handiman for the jobs we still have to do.

Mr. Tapia arrived on time. Was very communicative before he arrived. Came prepared with the proper tools, did the work quickly and professionally. Left the areas clean and double checked with me that everything he did was to my satisfaction before he left. I highly recommend this gentleman for all handyman projects.
