Very thorough inspection. Chris was very informative, Carlos was focused on his / our inspection. We were concerned about pet markings from the owners dogs. I asked if he had a LED Light to detect urine markings in the master bedroom were there was carpet and to check if there was any moisture in the pad. Chris had what was needed in his magic bag. Pet urine is not included in the report but We and our agent have it in our report. Chris and Carlos were very professional and went above and beyond. We we’re shown the pictures as they explained to us the issues and areas of concerns We were also given great advise on making our home more energy efficient. The inspection took four hours we got the report the same day.

I can't tell you how impressed we were with the level of detail of your inspections. We had two homes inspected by you and did not purchased the first one because of all the issues you uncovered which I've never seen other inspectors even look at. The second home you inspected passed with flying colors. Thank you for being so thorough and keeping us from making a bad purchase decision. Anyone buying a home down in the Port Isabel area should insist on using Carroll's Inspection Services, I heard one realtor comment they were going to stop using them because they were so thorough it was causing problems (asking seller's to fix things or losing the sale because of too many deficiencies). These folks really watch out for YOU as the buyer.

Thorough, courteous, and punctual service. Inspector uncovered several code violations that were not listed in seller's disclosure list. Explained the many points of safety concern. Saved us from making a HUGE mistake in buying a money pit. Will call them when we find our next "dream" home.

Everything was done in a timely manner. The gentleman that helped us out (Carlos), Was very knowledgeable and friendly.

They did an amazing job!

Excellent, found loose tiles, electrical box needs to be replaced, loose bricks, cracks in foundation slab, loose shingles, ceiling leaks stains, mouse droppings, just to name a few. Very through inspection. Supplies printed and CD images of potential problems. Takes about 2 1/2 hours.

The process went well as the inspector Carlos Molina was much more thorough than I expected. He spent over 4 hours inspecting the entire home, from structural systems to HVAC and everything in between. I found to him to be professional, highly knowledgeable and a good communicator as he answered all of my questions. Immediately at the end of the inspection he provided me with a 39 page spiral bound report of the inspection which included a dvd copy with photos. This report was done on the premises. He reviewed the reports and his findings on the spot. This report enabled me to share quickly with the seller and negotiate a reasonable offer. Overall I was impressed with the level of professionalism, service and quality of information provided. I definitely would use them again.
