Description of Work: Never even returned my inquiry. Typical for Rio Grande Valley. I am skeptical references listed are even true. Type of responses aren't typical for area. I would be happy to eat my words and provide new rating if Brownsville's Chem Dry would respond.

+ -1 moreJoe was right on time and extremely professional. He was careful to make sure I was satisfied with the cleanliness of each room's carpet before he moved on to the next. He had some great overall information about carpet and the pros and cons of berber vs. other types. I would use ChemDry again in a heartbeat and recommend them without reservation.
Description of Work: I was provided an accurate estimate before the service and carpet was cleaned in five areas.

+ -1 moreJoe did a great job. He was prompt and professional. I was astonished that he was able to match the dye in my carpet on some spots that had bleach spilled on them...the bleach spots are invisible now. I will never use anyone else to clean my carpets.

+ -1 moreJoe Vela is polite and thoughtful, professional and prompt. Chem-Dry is the only system we will use to have our carpets cleaned, and Joe and his worker did it very well. Although Joe services the Cameron County area, he was willing to come to Edinburg since he is presently the only Chem-Dry carpet cleaner in the Rio Grande Valley. He did charge a travel fee, but it was very reasonable. We will definitely use Brownsville's Chem-Dry again and recommend it to everyone in the Rio Grande Valley!
Description of Work: Carpets cleaned in the entire two-story home + stairs and one area rug.
