After ac going out at 5.30 on Friday we found out my regular service guy doesn't work or answer phone after 5 on Friday through the weekend, we contacted airborne,,David called me back quickly an was out early Saturday afternoon as promised. Repair took 30 min hence we have a new repair guy locked into phone.

In March and April of 2021, my northwest Houston home AC-unit function became faulty and problematic. After several HVAC-servicing companies were contacted and responded, David Flores' company, Air Bourne Air was selected for purchase and installation of a 4-ton, 16 seer, Trane unit. Subsequently, a very efficient Trane AC-unit was purchased and timely installed. During installation all efforts for a clean, non-intrusive installation occurred. Air Bourne Air's technicians -- supervised by Marco-- were cooperative and very professional during the several hours of old unit-removal and installation. The initial substantive information provided, the ultimate fair comparable price of the AC-unit, the experience demonstrated during the actual installation process and the 10-year unit and service warrantees were very much appreciated. David is the best, he gives you a full description of what is happening and what he's doing on your job and makes you feel very comfortable and he's a very honest person.
