They showed up on time, did the work, kept everything in order, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The work was a total A/C and Furnace replacement. We selected a Trane system. They made sure it was working before leaving and after 4 days everything is performing very well. The crew was experienced and pleasant. They answered any questions we had. Their supervisor/sales rep was out to inspect the install. We would use them again and have signed up for maintenance through 2024.

Top shelf products and service!!! David came out immediately following my inquiry on Angie’s List and gave me some good ideas about a system upgrade for my 25 year old HVAC unit. My existing unit was not well installed and there were several things that didn’t work well. David immediately had several solution ideas and gave me a couple of options and prices. The most professional, transparent service I’ve ever had from a subcontractor. I purchased a new Trane system and they replaced not only my condenser and air handler, but replaced and re-routed all of the old, collapsed and inadequate duct work with all new! Everything flows far better and the new air handler has much better capacity. Their crew was A and finished a difficult install in amazing time! Great all around!

The first furnace had a bad blower motor. Their response was to replace the entire furnace because there was no blower motors available Prompt response and satisfactory results But still awaiting a warranty for labor for 10 years which was promised. Extremely upset over this.

Listens attentively to your needs, gave his recommendation and explained why he recommended a particular brand, respecting that at the end it was your decision and you needed to select what was best for you based on your criteria and he respected your opinion and decisions. Had product that I selected in stock, I got everything installed within a few days of our initial meeting. I am very pleased with the services Airbourne provided and I would recommend them highly.

Airbourne was a great value and explained everything in detail. Project was quick and worked out perfectly. Other quotes were higher and lower but Airbourne wasnâ t pushy but keep in touch without being irritating. I highly recommend them for AC install projects.

The technician who came, David Flores, took the time to explain to me all of the working parts. He was a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable regarding units and AC care in general. One of our AC units finally gave out on us after 20+ years. I contacted several AC companies to come out and give me a quote. David at Airbourne came out on a Sunday to look at our unit to see if it could first be repaired, it could not. So I asked him to provide me with a quote as well. He took the time to discuss our options and budget ranges for the project. He provided me with a quote to replace our existing AC unit and furnace since it was also 20+ years old. He gave me multiple brands to look over and I had already started doing research. Our house was flooded during hurricane Harvey so I became pretty familiar with some of the projects that were needed to be done around the house as well as dealing with contractors. Davidâ s pricing was very competitive and in many instances better than what other contractors quoted for JUST an AC replacement. David and his crew had me on the schedule in 1.5 days of me approving the work. His team arrived on time and took care to cover any areas that they would be going through to complete the job. His crew was respectful of me as well as my property. They completed the entire job in about 4-4.5 hours, which amazed me because other contractors were quoting 1-1.5 days. When all was finished, David walked me through the system as well as the new thermostat. Days after completion, I referred Airbourne/David to a couple friends of ours and he provided them with quotes and has already completed their jobs as well. I donâ t make referrals for just any company but if anyone asks me for a referral for AC work, I will be referring them to Airbourne and David. Itâ s rare these days to find a contractor with ethics and who doesnâ t try to take advantage of people during the covid pandemic, I have another unit that will need to be replaced and I will be calling David when it is time for it.
