Response from Selz Contracting
Mrs. [Member Name Removed] insisted on hand picking ALL materials (granite, colors, fixtures, etc...) for her project and provided us with the SKU numbers of those products via email. She and Mr. [Member Name Removed] prevented us from entering the premises once the prjoect became approximately 99% complete and their balance became due. She specifically cited the "substandard materials" as a reason for her cancellation. When we brought to her attention that she picked materials and that we have correspondence from the supplier to prove that she picked them, she became very defensive, ceased all communications with our staff, and wrote this review. We are more than willing to provide all of the documentation that refutes Mrs. [Member Name Removed]' claim, along with documentation and proof of her SUBSTANTIAL and deliquent balance. Furthermore, we gave an estimated completion date of May 15th to the [Member Name Removed] in February, due solely to their insistence upon living in the residence during the remodel. As you can see above, she is quoting that the work was, in fact, completed 12 days earlier than anticipated. We have pictures of this completed work. The [Member Name Removed]'s expressed that they loved the work prior to the bill being given to them. They also refused to comply with the terms of the contract in several ways. We hope that this past due balance can be paid and her blantant attempt to falsely defame our character be resolved prior to litigation.
