Excellent service. This is not a fun job no matter how you look at it but Brandon with D&S took care of it. He called to confirm his appointment and then he called 30 minutes out when he was on his way. He was very professional very polite and very good at what he did. He had to dig to find the actual septic covers and he took care of that. He performed the service, answered all my questions, educated me along the way and I would recommend him to anyone who needed septic service.

Excellent customer service! I am very happy I called D&S and feel it was the best call. Brandon called to confirm appointment and called on the morning of the appointment to verify arrival time. Brandon was very polite and courteous. He was a pleasure to talk with and actually took time to participate in the conversation. Brandon answered my questions and explained the septic components as I inquired. I was not able to find the septic covers and Brandon did not hesitate to dig and locate (and it was not easy). Fantastic company and people. Quick response and did a great job, highly recommend this company.

Called them to get our septic tank pumped out after being pestered into doing so by my wife. Scheduled them to come at 4:00 PM and they came early (nice). Promptly got to work, opened the tanks, set up the equipment and had the tanks pumped out in about 15-20 minutes (I had a lot of solids). Both of the men were very personable, friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable. I can highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service. If they are still around when we need this service again (5 years or so), we will definitely use them. So should you.
