He came by to give us a bid on redoing the bathroom. The floor was rotten and he indicated he couldn't do anything with the toilet until the bathroom floor was repaired. He unplugged the toilet for free. Didn't see him again.

the contractor was like most contractors and was all bubbly and rearing to go. Workers started out strong (A Team) but when things started winding down B and C Teams showed up every now and then. Contractor didn't get a permit for most of the work and neither did he get a bond as told to by the City who failed to follow up to see if he had gotten the bond. The contractor also took several personal items of ours that his crew had damaged and he failed to return them. He just stopped coming by or calling. I have been told he is out of the construction business after leaving several clients in a bad spot. I would never use him again and am planning on taking all the legal resources I can to take him to civil and criminal litigation.

He is a general contractor. He completely gutted it. He took the tub out and made it a shower. It is beautiful. It is gorgeous. He gutted the bathroom totally and put everything brand new in. He did a fantastic job. He even helped me pick out things and told me what would look good and that type of thing. His crew worked very long hours. They came in early and worked past dark because they knew I wanted it done. I thought that was very nice of them to do that. He had to take the floor of the shower out twice because it was not draining properly. It is still not draining properly. The level of it is not supposed to be flat. It has puddles in the bottom of the shower. I called him and asked him about it and he will not return my calls. I hate to say that because everything else was so good.
