+ -1 moreThere professionalism was demonstrated when He and his men showed up with all the necessary tools and manpower. They were punctual and worked as quick as the concrete could be delivered. The finish was exactly as requested.
Description of Work: Todd Ellis finished concrete at the Vietnam Veteran's War Memorial and at no charge twice, once for the lab and again for the concrete wall.
