Highly recommend Bosco. The communication and customer service was outstanding. Also, the technicians that showed up were thorough and explained everything to me. They replaced my whole system in a timely manner & got me back up and running!

I contracted Bosco Industries to install an Aerobic Water Treatment System (septic tank). I am pleased with the quality of the completed job, and the professionalism of all the workers. This contractor is HIGHLY recommended, and I'd gladly use them again.

They are doing a fantastic job. Both times they did an excellent job. The owner of the company came out and worked on our system. I liked the fact the owner came out on his weekend to take care of our problem. He was top notch.

My aunt passed away and I inherited her house. This was my first experience with dealing with a septic tank; therefore, not educated in that area. When I called Bosco, I spoke with Dana on the phone. She was awesome. She told me they did not work on septic tanks as old as the one I had (50 years old). Even though she took the time to help me and figure out what was going on. The sincerity in her voice was awesome. I had all this water that just kept getting all over the bathroom floor. Bosco has one company that they use cleaning septic tanks; so, they sent him out. He was very professional and took care of business. Afterwards, he told me that I needed to get a plumber to be rotor rooted. I already had one scheduled for the next day to check out the plumbing indoors; so, that was all taken care of. I did not have to pay anything until the job was completed and I was able to pay by credit care over the phone with Dana. They mailed me the receipt. A couple of days later, John (one of the owners) called me just to follow up and ensure I was able to get everything taken care of. Awesome company and service.

John communicated with me in regards to when he would be available to stop by and even stopped by on the weekend after a hunt, on the way home. I am very impressed with their dedication to their customers and am happy to have found them. Would gladly recommend them to anyone whom needs a septic system.
