They are professional. All of their techs have been professional. They are all kind and friendly. They know I'm on a fixed income and they really try to keep my expenses down. I've had these guys off and on for multiple years. I've always been pleased with them.

The original service call was to fix a bad-shorted circuit in the kitchen. Once there, the electrician said he could not fix the circuit because the circuit breaker box was bad. After much discussion, realizing that indeed the circuit breaker box had seen better days and was no longer 'to code", I agreed to have the box replaced. The original electrician started the job, then had to leave for another job only he could do, and a backup came in to "finish the job". When I got to check the work, the work was not completed, the box not completely attached to the outside of the house, and worse yet, 3/4 of the upstairs circuits that used to work were now dead. Called On Time and they sent TWO guys out to finish the job and seemed to get the work done right. A week later the painter I had in the house told me that the circuit in the kitchen, the original reason for the call out, was bad. I called On Time AGAIN to have it fixed, and they found that the plugs "stab-in" connections were bad, and replaced the plugs and made sure they had good connections. So, for $2100 it took three tries to get the kitchen circuit fixed, and a bad feeling that I had been misled by the original electrician, and did not have to had spent $2100 to have the entire circuit breaker box replaced just to fix the kitchen circuit. They did, however, let me split the bill into two payments.
