Description of Work: The guy was to repair an iPhone 4 and change cover.

Description of Work: I dropped of a computer to have it cleaned up it was running a little slow. After 3 months of asking when it would be done I was told it was lost After about 7 months he finally said he would replace the lost computer . The laptop he was supposed to replace it with still needed a little work so he gave me a loaner . I came back 1 week later and my computer was still not ready . He told me I could keep the loaner but I said I did NOT want the small one that he gave me and was told he would get me a full size laptop . After 3 more weeks I was told the laptop I was supposed to get was fried . The tech then told me he would get a new monitor and hydra vision so I could use it on a bigger screan .after paying $150 for the smaller laptop he wanted me to also pay for the monitor and hydra vision equipment !! To recap he lost my computer made me pay for a computer I didn't get then tried to charge me more for extra equipment !!! Also while I was waiting he was trying to sell a Dell laptop a a different customer he told him about all the updates it had and all the extra software it had . The customer walked out and I told him that if the Dell had so many upgrades I wanted it instead of the one he had given me and he said that it didn't he was just trying to make a sale that it was exactly like the one I had with no upgrade !! DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!
