He's had the phone for almost 4 months. Said he could fix it and then had to order some saudering gun that works at a cool temp. Ok that was fine. Then he said he messed some part up that he had to order but he wouldn't charge us. My son then went ahead and paid for his repairs even though the phone hasn't been fully repaired. Today 8-1-13 my son who is just 15 yrs old called and said "hey Jason how's my phone coming along?", the reply back was "you don't need to take that tone with me". The man is rude and has been rude to us on several occasions at this business location. After telling at my son I got on there to explain that my son was taking no tone with him and not to speak to my 15 yr old in such a way, he then started yelling at me. The man is very unprofessional. I am NEVER doing business with this place EVER again.

They charge for services that r not done !!
They lie about when u can have your computer back !!
They lie about what u will get on your computer like software !!
