After my parents passed, we had to make some major exterior porch repairs (both front and back) to their homeplace in the country before listing it. I met with several contractors about the job and was just not comfortable. However, when I met with Dan Blalock he was so knowledgeable, communicative and professional that I was completely put at ease. The work done was exceptional, the cost was fair and transparent. I am extremely satisfied and recommend him wholeheartedly.

We hired Dan for multiple tasks from boxing items to move, to repairing porch railing, and including building a custom attic door. The work and customer service was always excellent. Dan was honest, reliable, courteous,dependable and can think outside the box. He was able to configure deadbolt install on 1885 farmhouse with non traditional size doors. I would highly recommend him! He always left work site neat and clean. Wonderful work and work ethic.
