The project took a little longer than expected - weather played a part in that, but some things just took longer than expected. Bradley is very detail oriented. He built the shop like it was his own - ensured things were done right - no corners were cut. He oversaw the other subcontractors, since I was doing this from the Dallas area. I tried to make arrangements to be there for the major phases of construction. Also, there were suggestions by the various subcontractors that proved to be very helpful. Bradley rejected some items from other subcontractors that did not meet his standards and had them replaced.

Bradley drew up a thorough contract beforehand, where all decisions and prices were on the table. At all times, we knew exactly what to expect. Never did he tack on unexpected costs that were not previously agreed upon. Bradley produced exactly what he promised - and much more. Bradley personally built our barn using usually one assistant during the four month process (outside of the pad and foundation), He and his assistant, Ed, arrived early every day and put in a full-day's work. The two of them operated together like no other team I had ever witnessed. Both men are perfectionists and their workmanship is absolutely second to none. Not once did we need to request a "do-over" and we never felt the need to inspect his work on a daily basis. Besides the superior product, they left the worksite in immaculate condition every day. Both guys are very warm-natured and easy to talk to. I got the impression that Bradley was much like an artist who would only release a creation once it could proudly bear his "signature". We will NEVER use another contractor as long as Bradley Fritz is in the business. Neighbors in the area lamented not knowing about him for their own barn building. As a matter of fact, two of them had pending law suits on their barn contractors. My husband and I were so pleased with Bradley, we treated his wife and him to a nice restaurant dinner!

The job went perfectly. Bradley was always true to his word, always stayed on schedule. He always had his subs lined up and scheduled to work such that we were never just waiting on the next step. The workmanship was great. His framing was excellent....rock solid. His trim work is beautiful. We love the crown molding. We cannot see any seams. The butlers pantry is fantastic....he did a beautiful job on the shelving. The new dining room is just beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased.

The total build was better than we could have ever imagined. Bradley Fritz Construction kept the build on time and completed the barn as promised and within budget. Bradley Fritz construction did an impeccable job, exceeding our expectations. I would recommend Bradley Fritz Construction to anyone wanting the job completed to their satisfaction.

Mr. Fritz is always on time...everyday. With a smile on his face and ready for hard work. I consulted us on every bit of the project and his perfectionism has truly paid off. I will be using him for all of my home improvement jobs.
