It was awful. The counter tops have grease stains, the grout was not properly cleaned, but we don't think they used the proper equipment. Nothing seems to have been done properly. There are spots on our floors, as well as spots that need a second coat of wax, but they are refusing to complete the work, I called them to ask if they could come out to re-do the floors, but I was denied.
Description of Work: They came out to clean some tile and grout in my home. They were also going to clean and seal my counter tops, as well as strip and wax my concrete floors.

Response from AGGIELAND CHEM-DRY
On 2/9/15 I gave Mr. (Member name removed) an estimate on cleaning his floors & counter top. During the estimate, Mr. (Member name removed) told me he did not want the floor shiny, so I bid the job with 2 coats of wax. On 2/12/15 I went to the house with my 2 techs. I again ask Mr. (Member name removed) did he still only want 2 coats and he said yes. After we finished he signed off on the ticket and paid us. It was only when his wife returned that she was not happy with what he has us do. She wanted it shiny and he as ask us not to make it shiny. I went out with my 2 techs to redo the job but Mrs. (Member name removed) would not stop (expletive) at us to let me speak so I left. She has complained to the Better Business, Harris Research, and now Angie's List. Her story changes every complaint. I agreed to make the floor shiny as long as she was not present. She just wants it free.
