+ -1 moreIn the actual conclusion and resolution, I had already had another call in to a different Plumber, who ultimately came within the next hour to give me a bid for the job (the which I eagerly accepted) to ensue the following day. No actual service was rendered, however I was appreciative of the professional customer service this company afforded and whom also appeared at least to have the willingness and professional intention to handle my particular need at any rate. Hence, I called and quot;Colleenand quot; and gratefully declined and will recommend as a potential prospect of future business too.
Description of Work: Just speaking with "Coleen" on the phone was very reassuring. She did her honest best to ask (dispatch the personnel) the actual technician if he could come out in minutes before quiting time on Friday(today), just because I thought I needed urgent service. What is more, she did not mention that a long trip to my location would be out of the question, and that she would make the arrangements for someone, regardless of exactly what the nature of my plumbing service requirement was, to come out the very next day(to my surprise since tomorrow was a weekend, and she said it would not matter , assuming that their was not even a weekend penalty/charge).
