PROKILL PEST CONTROL

It went very well. No termites found. On my urging selected a preventative program. Marc showed up on time to install the program, completed in time projected, and cleaned up when completed. Very impressed with work done

ProKill was recommended to me by my buyer's agent. I paid them what seemed like a high price to do their termite inspection of a home I'd put an offer on in their area. Afterwards, I did find out I was charged about $50 more than another very good pest control service charged me to do an inspection at another home. As most people know you have a limited option period to buy a home. ProKill did their inspection and instead of contacting me afterwards, ( the person who paid them for the inspection) or the buyers agent, they told the owners their findings. As my option period was running out and we had not heard anything from them and was unable to reach ProKill, the buyers agent ended up having to call the owners who told her there were no termites. Luckily I opted out of the home due to some other problems with the house. Eight days later, 7 days after the end of my option period, I finally get a phone call from ProKill telling me that it would cost about $1650.00 to spray the home for all the termite damage that had occurred to the home. I never received a written report even though I emailed and asked for one. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am still very disappointed in their service and lack of caring about getting reports to people in a timely manner. Their lack of caring could have cost me a lot of money and many regrets.

This company tends to be very friendly. I still see bugs but usually it's right around the time they are to come back. I guess that is why we schedule the appointments when we do. I enjoy their company because they are nice people. I wouldn't say they are the best but they do a good job.
