The drive belt on my Troy Bilt riding mower needed replacement, they found an additional belt that was worn and replaced both. They damaged the mower on return and fixed what could be seen right there. Unfortunately, what couldn't be seen was damage to a bearing, causing the mower to sound rough and fail before I could finish mowing. They returned to pick up the mower, repaired it, but took a while to get it back to me. The weather was horrible at the time. To make up for the inconvenience, they cleaned and did some light service at no charge. They didn't charge for the second pick up or labor, just the bearing. Perhaps they shouldn't have charged for the part, but it is possible that it had needed replacement before - although I do doubt that since the mower sound was normal before the service. The part was under $20, it wasn't worth debating and I understand how hard it is for small businesses to stay afloat. They earn high praise for standing behind their work and going the extra mile to make up for shortcomings. I will use them again.
