I have had this company out a few times in the last few years to help program and repair my soft water unit. They are honest and very knowledgeable. The last time they came out, it was because the unit had quit working. I was worried that they would come out and tell me I had to get a new unit, but instead they diagnosed the problem. Even then, instead of telling me I needed to replace either the part or the unit, they fixed it. Right there! Great company. And VERY reasonably priced. You can't go wrong using this company. They will handle all my repairs and replacements in the future.

Jason Whitaker came out to give me an estimate and he was punctual and did a thorough inspection of the facilities. He was knowledgeable about wells (instead of just pretending to be) and told me which outdoor faucets would be affected and which could remain hard water (for watering my grass and plants). He even noticed some overflow in my toilets and fixed them! He was honest and did not try to and quot;selland quot; me the job. After getting several quotes, his was not only the most reasonable, but I liked him as a person the best. I knew I would have no problem leaving him at the house alone to work if I had to leave. That means a lot to me and my family. Sometimes a salesperson will sell you a job and then you don't know who is coming to your house to deliver it! Not with Jason. His wife scheduled the installation date with me (another nice person...no big surprise) and they arrived on time to dig and install. All went well. It was finished in less than a day, despite the fact that Jason had to go through each sink, toilet, tub and other water outlet and unclog all the aerators (another long story). Needless to say, he went above and beyond the call of duty and gave me so many tips and info, I had to write them all down. The kids were ecstatic after school to find out all the sinks worked and the toilets weren't making strange noises. These were not really hard water issues, but in the process of installing and testing the water, he actually fixed other problems. Whitakers exemplifies the friendly honest small business that has become a dying breed in today's world. I highly recommend them!

GREAT! He was able to come out the day I called. Was very knowledgable and answered my many questions. I opted to replace my 18 year old softener and he was able to do it right then. He was very professional, friendly, and neat. No hard sell either! Hauled al the old stuff away. Would definately recommend them

Whitakers actually sent me a reminder card that the filters needed replacing; otherwise, I would have forgotten. I called and scheduled an appointment. The next week Mr. Whitaker came out on time and replaced the filters.

Excellent work correcting some problems and generally improving the whole plumbing and wiring of our well and pump. Jason has done other things for us this past summer is always professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. He gets the job done in the time he estimates and cleans up the area when the job is complete. He doesn't hard sell anything.

They are a small, family owned business. They are honest and don't try to sell you a new water softener every time they come.

Mr. Whitaker did the work in one day as he said he would, as simple as that. He noticed that our pressure tank was leaking but told us it would last a while longer. He was very honest and professional and did everything we asked in the manner he told us he would.
