Description of Work: I hired Laci to assist my grandmother in unpacking and organizing her guest house. My grandma was having difficulty fitting 80 years worth of stuff from a 3 bedroom house into a 528 square foot guest house. After a month of trying to help her unpack, we were all frustrated. Laci managed to accomplish more in 3 hours than we did in a month. She also helped my grandmother part with items and provided a calming presence. She was absolutely critical in helping get my grandmother settled and in saving all our sanity.

 + -1 moreShe was flexible regarding our schedule. Her manner was very helpful and professional. I was pleased. However,many years worth of clutter cannot be cleared away in a single afternoon, and it's OUR job (not her's!) to do the work over the long term. She did her part; now we must do ours.
Description of Work: She came to our house, discussed our situation, explained techniques for organizing things and eliminating clutter, addressed some specific concerns about organizing papers and financial records, and spent time with us applying what we had learned by working with us cleaning up one of our "junk rooms".

 + -1 moreThere was no contact at all. Made wife POC as she is available all day and did not receive responses. Was told that calls were made, but didn't see any missed calls, no voicemail, etc. Had favorable reviews prior to ours, so perhaps it was just a bad time of the year or a busy time. Would like to give the benefit of the doubt.
Description of Work: Staging home that we were selling.
