We live in Castle Hills and our 50+ year old septic system was starting to fail. We had used RW Septic in the past so Rob and Randi were the first ones we called for an estimate on a new system. Naturally, we got several bids, but RW was the only company that dealt with us fairly and promptly. They couldn't get to us right away, but while waiting, they pumped out our old tank three times free of charge! What other company would do that? The installation was highly professional and efficient. The installation was quick, and the clean up was very well done. In a time when cheap and sloppy work seems to be the norm, RW Septic is the glowing exception. If you need a new septic system or repairs to an old one, I highly recommend you call these people. They do great work at a fair price. I would give them ten stars if the rating allowed.

This was the best service I have experienced from any company. I called and explained the problem. A technician was sent out to locate the tank verify that the tank needed to be pumped. An appointment was made for two days later since there was no emergency. I also needed to uncover the lid as there is a labor charge for digging to uncover the lid. Per the agreement, I received a call 45 minutes in advance that the truck was enroute. The technicians were professional,and every detail went as it should. I would highly recommend this company for both quality of service and price. The technicians were Matt and David.

I had problems in my guest bathroom with water coming out from under the toilet when the shower was in use. RW had a truck down, so they had scheduling problems, but I was patient, because I like them (we have used them before) and I could avoid that bathroom. When the really nice young guy did come, he went right to work and had to dig a good foot and a half down to find the tank. He cleaned out the tank, found a blockage at the T from the clean out (that's what was causing my problems) and hosed everything off, recovered it all. Everything works like a charm again. Thanks so much, can't say enough good about this company.

We had an emergency occur with our septic tank. Two other companies boasted about their ability to handle emergency situations with septic tanks, however when I called and explained my emergency with overflow, they said they were "booked" until a few days forward. I'll assume they discontinued their " Emergency service" or we have different definitions of what an Emergency is--when a tank overflows, one cannot wait a few days for repair. Next, I called Randy at RW Septic. He listened a, asked appropriate questions; Randy had compassion for us, understanding the nature of things -- having dealt with similar situations in the past. was very accommodating. He arrived earlier than scheduled, which these days is very unusual since my normal experience with service companies is lateness or no show. Randy's worker, an experienced professional, assessed the issue, it ended up being worse than we thought. Another tank existed, directly under our new deck. The previous owner never disclosed to us that the tank existed nor did he pay to have it pumped. As a result, we were unaware it existed and it overflowed. They spent the entire day identifying it's exact location and cleaning everything out completely. They purchased and installed new tops for the tanks and installed the flowing day. We want to convey our gratitude to Randy and his competent workers for a professional, friendly, and reasonable--affordable price. We highly recommend RW Septic Service to anyone in need of septic examination and repair.

Saved us the cost of purchasing a new pump by rebuilding the one we had. Came with a one year warranty as well.

They came out after hours and on short notice. Randy could sense we were in an emergency situation with family coming in and came out right away and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Randy and Jesus along with all of the folks at RW Septic.

They are con-artists, if you don't know your system then they will overcharge you and tell you false information. They told me I had 2100 gallons but a 2nd company that came out this week said my system only holds 1300 gallons. I've called multiple times this week to get some money back and have not heard back from them. Before I hired them and paid them for the job, they would answer their phones right away or call me back within minutes. Now that they have my money, they seem to not know how to answer or return calls.

The job was completed as promised. Kris knew what he was doing and performed well. When he left the area was clean and neat. If we could give them more than a A on every rating, we would. We will recommend them to our neighbors.

I called one other Septic company and was given a price of 350.00 plus an estimate of about 6 pricey add-ons. I called RW Septic Service. The owner answered the phone. He asked me a couple of questions about out system. He said he could do it and that his daughter did the scheduling and would call me back. She called me back within a reasonable amount of time to schedule the date and time. On the date of the scheduled pump, the owners son called us about an hour ahead of the scheduled time. He arrived with the truck. He did the pumping. Very easy. No issues. They did the job they said they would do. It took about an hour from start to finish. I paid them what they quoted me. I will hire them again. This is a small family owned business. They understand customer service is the way to grow their business. PS - Hollywood Park resident.

Crew arrived at job site within 15 minutes of anticipated arrival and immediately began digging hole to reach port in septic tank. While one member of the crew completed digging the hole, the other membef of the crew was laying out the necessary hoses. When hole was finished, they began to pump the sludge out of septic tank. When that task was finished, they began reassembly and clean-up of the work-site and their equipment.
