I had requested quotes from about 5 companies several of which just gave me ballpark figures over the phone without inspecting my place. Rob Wise, the owner, came out himself and saw the difficult situation I have with hilly, rocky, and close quarters for access. His quote was thorough, broken down by activity. He included everything that would be needed including a design engineer who filled out the lengthy application required by the county, an electrician to put in a new circuit, a plumber to divert the water softener to the right chamber of the tank, hauling off the massive amount of rock that was generated, and putting in a really nice, quiet, Nu Water system. The other companies required that I get my own electrician and plumber, and said they would leave the rock on the property. Rob had a skilled crew or used good sub contractors for the various activities. He showed up every day there was work on the system. He even did some of the work himself, which I like to see. He even included a couple other small jobs like pushing down some drought killed trees and moved some rocks with with big equipment. He responded very quickly to any enquiries I had either through email or by phone. Even his billing process is very efficient and user friendly- you can pay online with a credit card- he has good office staff. I highly recommend this company.
