We had Regional Construction build a 400 sq. ft. shop for us in Hollywood Park. Daniel, the owner, did an outstanding job, all within budget and the promised timeline. Very professional, great communication and a real craftsman. Definitely recommend Regional Construction for remodels, additions and out-buildings of any size or complexity.

The work that Daniel Regus did on both my deck & kitchen remodel was excellent. I experienced a great collaboration with him in both of these projects. He communicated clearly in the process & included details that I could understand.

Daniel from Regional Construction did a great job remodeling the basement of my rental property. He was punctual, finished the job quickly, did a great job communicating during the process, and his work was excellent. I really liked that his estimate showed the cost for sheetrock, electrical, framing, trimming, etc. This was really helpful in deciding what had to be done and what would have to stay on the wish list. I highly recommend Regional Construction.

Daniel constructed a new porch to replace our old one, was flexible when we decided to expand the scope of the work to include replacement of the supporting column on the corner of the porch. He did a fantastic job. Top notch workmanship, looks fantastic. And he was able to suggest styles and build a replacement that is so much more in keeping with the house than what we had previously. Inside he replaced a bannister and balusters that were pretty beat up previously. The new banister looks great. We're very pleased with the work and the level of communication before the project started and while it was under way.

They were on time, extremely diligent and did high- quality work. The communication was excellent, the crew dedicated, and the project was completed within budget and right on schedule with top quality materials. We subsequently hired Regional to do a deck expansion and several smaller projects which they also completed on schedule and within budget, and to a continued high quality standard. My wife and I have worked with a lot of contractors on home remodeling projects over the last 15 years. I can say, unequivocally, that Regional was most devoted,hard-working, and efficient construction company we have worked with!

I had to be out of the house while most of the work was done as we had our floors refinished by another company at the same time. There was a little tension between the workers for this contractor and the floor contractor regarding who needed to get what done by when. Perhaps this is because both contractors wanted to complete their jobs on time but had to work around eachother as one had to do some work before another could begin the next phase of their job. Overall, they worked it out. The work itself was very well done and high quality. The only difficulty we had was the contractor speaks fluent English, but most of his family who does the work did not (I think they were Eastern European). The contractor had his father and uncle at our house for most of the work. They did excellent work, but if there were any questions between us, I had to call the contractor and communicate through him. It wasn't that big of a deal on a smaller, straight forward job, but could be bothersome on a larger job. Perhaps the contractor stays on larger jobs for this reason. Overall, they did a great job at a fair price and were tidy enough.

Some contractors declined to take on the cantilevered deck job, saying it was out of their scope of expertise. The deck required inserting 19 foot long steel channels through the front of the house to the interior load bearing walls. Daniel Regus took on the job with skill that left no doubt of his capabilities. Daniel is a dream contractor! He and his crew did everything you wish a contractor would do. They showed up every single work day without fail They did hard, dangerous, professional work and cleaned up at the end of each day. This job lasted about 2 months and they did everything possible to expedite the job and had no delays. Daniel encountered challenges after opening up walls, having to do things differently than what the structural engineer had called out. He quickly developed a Plan B, which all passed inspection. He provided us with good options on finishing details, and we were truly delighted with his ideas. Though Daniel's bid was slightly higher than his competitor, it was very detailed and we knew what was included. During the course of the project Daniel went above and beyond in finishing details to get the very best end result without adding to the cost. We are sure that our project cost us less in the end when we saw several items that other contractors would have called add ons to their bid. Daniel's final bill was as per original bid. It is nerve wracking for most of us to choose a contractor. As each day went by, we became more relaxed and assured. We became confident that his work would be the best quality. He has an excellent work ethic and kept us informed on what we could expect next. He is very professional and we appreciated his crew very much. We were so glad every day that we chose Regional Construction.

Regional Construction was very reliable, on time, and priced reasonably.

It went great. It was a big job. We liked the company and most of his contractors. We weren't thrilled with the electrical contractor but other than that, we were happy with him timing wise. His work was excellent. It was high quality. He came at a certain time and left at a certain time each day. It was cleaned every day.

Overall it went well. Pricing was very close to estimate. Workers were clean and quiet, showed up everyday. We were very happy with the remodel.

I have never had a contractor so organized and prompt.
