That was an extensive job. There was work outside, there was trenching of my slab. Installation of numerous plumbing and gas outlets. They were first brought in by the general contractor, who I later fired, then I kept these guys, the plumbing part. They're great. The communication with the company was excellent. I was satisfied with the workers.

When they said they were going to call they called on time. They arrived on time and also would give 30 minute notice before arrival. They found gas leak in fireplace that we did not know about and fixed that also.

Quality service, installation and followup

They seem like nice folks, but... I needed 165 feet of natural gas line laid in an existing trench and connected. Plumb Star bid $15 per foot, total $4,425. I explained that the trench already existed; all they had to do was unroll the plastic pipe into the ditch and connect at the two ends. They stuck by $15 per foot. So I got the job done by someone else for $1,900.

Nathan arrived on time and assessed everything he could in my bathroom prior to having to cut a hole in my ceiling, under the bathroom, to see what was leaking. I thought it was the bath tub...it turned out to be the toilet...ewwww. He was able to perform his assessment with minimum damage to my home. I didn't have him fix the toilet because it's a skill I was able to perform myself. If Iever need a good plumber,he's earned my trust.

The plumber showed up early after he called to clear that it was OK to come early. He did a very professional clean job. I have used this provider before for a very extensive job and I cannot recommend them more highly.

Technican was on time. The trouble was very difficult to find because of the location and volume of the leak. We were not the original owners and did not know where the line was installed. Line and leak were located and fixed in a timely manner with the water back on the same day.

All of the work was completed expeditiously and professionally. The workmen were personable and professional. The cleaned up each day and worked late a couple of times to accommodate other tradesman's needs. I recommend this company unhesitatingly.

He was very professional, but I thought his prices were a little high.
